Community Mental Health Nurse - Band 5/6/7 - Hertfordshire

Hertfordshire Partnership trust are actively recruiting for Community Mental Health Nurses to join the teams at either, Hemel Hempsted, Radlett, Watford, Borehamwood or Stevenage in a Band 5/67 capacity.

On top of the typical band 5 package you will receive upto a 5% high cost living allowance and upto £6,000 recruitment and retention bonus making this a very competitive package.

We are looking for Nurses who hold a strong belief in recovery for people with severe and enduring mental health problems to work as a Care Coordinator. You will be an experienced mental health nurse who is already working at Band 5/6/7 or have 6months experience and ready to take the next step in their career having developed and enhanced their skill level at Band 5.

In return we offer regular Supervision with a Senior Nurse, a review of your professional development in the form of an annual review with you, which is reflective of your regular supervision. We have local training and access to formal education via our learning and development service in association with the University of Hertfordshire.
